What Can We Make Together?
From Concept to Creation, CCS can use GFRC concrete to cast anything our clients throw at us. From mass produced products like furniture, concrete vanity tops, art pieces and an unlimited array of outdoor products, let us partner with you. We begin with a model built from your specs. Once the model is approved we go to the mold process where we make the mold either reusable or a single use depending on our clients project requirements. Moving to the prototype stage we are able to fine tune texture, color, and our technique to achieve exactly what our clients want. Once we have the approved prototype we can move into production using one or multiple molds to fit out clients production demand. CCS has the experience and a persistent attention to detail to produce concrete products quickly and with controlled quality and uniformity and standardization needed for today's marketplace.

Inquire by Email, Phone or Visit Our Shop
Send us info on your project: images, drawings, measurements, sketches on napkins, any form of creativity that expresses what you want to make. Fill out our website contact form, give us a call, or email us anytime. Our studio is open 8-4 PM, M-F by appointment, and we love having guests drop in to discuss their project and bringing with them any of their design materials/drawings. We are available weekends by appointment also.

Design, Plan & Quote
Details on color, texture and any imaginative ideas are very helpful in getting the process moving. We are CNC equipped so dwg and dxf files are welcome! Custom molds (CNC-Routering and hand sculpting).

Field Measuring & Digital Shop Drawing
For any projects in the tri-state area CCS will come out and measure using laser technology and sometimes old school templates. For projects where field measurements are not possible due to location and timeline we can accommodate. Usually in 1 -3 days we will have shop drawings turned around showing seaming, layout, exact “to fabricate measurements”, and any important info on color/ finish choice and specific design details.

Custom Fabrication
Once we receive your approvals then “leave the mess to us”. Everything we make is fabricated at our Blue Island facility. We do not do any of our casting or finish work on site. Our products leave the studio fully finished and ready for service. Typically we complete small projects in 2-3 weeks and larger orders in 3-6 weeks from all final approvals. We will be in close communication to make sure we meet or exceed your delivery deadlines. We are known for our flexibility and communication to make sure it all gets done on time!

Delivery, Installation or Shipping
When your project is ready to go we can set up delivery and or installation making sure to discuss logistics and the site conditions in great detail for no surprises. For orders that are to be shipped we can set up shipping or work with a shipper of your choice. CCS ships all across the country and we make sure we pack our creations so they make it where they need to be safely.
